Large-diameter inflatable tires

Contact us by email or chat to start your return and receive instructions. Return shipping costs depend on weight and location. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Items showing wear or damage may not qualify for a full refund.
Every CycloEco e-bike includes a one-year manufacturer’s warranty covering production defects. Claims are managed through our support team for troubleshooting, repairs, or replacements.
